Here is what the outside of our house looks like:
I have a big wish list here…new trim paint, plants/flowers, possibly shutters, window boxes, new front porch, painted garage…any suggestions??

I'm an interior designer and a draftsperson, but I live in the country. I like it that way. I'm also a firefighter's wife, mom to 2 cute kids, and a homeowner and I like that even better. I would do a 1/2 cedar plank look with some of the flat stone for the bottom. I would grass most of the front and have two oval oasis looking beds; with a tree in the center for a specimen plant and drifts of plants that bloom through the season; lower care plants as your a new mom…
