Happy Labor Day!

Holidays are great, aren’t they? You have the day off work, nothing to do, the weather is nice and crisp and there are SALES everywhere!  Living in Likely, I do a lot of shopping online, and I love finding sales and free shipping offers!  I have a “Catalog” filter in my e-mail and I see the words “LABOR DAY SALE” all down the page! Sweet! For example – West Elm, Pottery Barn and Old Navy are all having sales through the weekend along with many, many other places – I might take advantage, will you?

And you have to check out Etsy for some great deals – I got 2,262 results when I searched for “labor day sale” on Etsy, but even better – 85,702 results when I searched for “FREE SHIPPING!” Because no one likes to pay for shipping! (In order to narrow it down, first I’d browse to the category you’re interested in, and then search for ‘free shipping!’).  Best of all – 424 results for “labor day sale free shipping!”

I don’t know if any of these sellers are offering free shipping, but here are a few things I have my eye on in my Etsy Favorites List:

Another great place to find some great deals is Twitter! They have a real time ‘search’ function and when I searched for “Free Shipping” I found tons of ‘tweets’ talking about great deals! And then I had to refresh because there were 77 new ‘free shipping’ tweets since I started searching. I love Twitter! (Follow me here: twitter.com/likelydesign).
