131.6 pounds today. Yes, you read that right and no, this is not an old entry. I cheated yesterday. It was my daughter’s birthday party and I ate *gasp!* some Cobb Salad!
The blue cheese and bacon called my name and I couldn’t resist. I was fully aware of what I was doing and now you all know why you shouldn’t cheat on this diet!! It will set you back about 1 week.

129.4 pounds today. Apparently you sometimes reach a plateau when you’re at a weight that your body was “stuck” at for a long time. I weighed this much for about 6 years after high school. I just have to keep working at it to make it over this hump! And it will be hard as today is my daughter’s birthday party…lots if yummy treats that will be hard to resist!!
