129.8 pounds today! I took drastic measures yesterday (okay, actually not that drastic) and did the “apple diet day” from the book. You eat nothing but 6 apples all day and just a little water. It helps release water and break plateaus. Or use it when you cheat.
But don’t use it every other day or it is just a waste of time!

131.6 pounds today. Yes, you read that right and no, this is not an old entry. I cheated yesterday. It was my daughter’s birthday party and I ate *gasp!* some Cobb Salad!
The blue cheese and bacon called my name and I couldn’t resist. I was fully aware of what I was doing and now you all know why you shouldn’t cheat on this diet!! It will set you back about 1 week.
